
Personal Biography
Diane Mancinelli was born in Frankfurt, Germany in 1955. An “Army brat”, she moved frequently, first from Germany, then to Boston, Massachusetts, arriving in Holland, Michigan where her mother was a homemaker and her father an Army Recruiter. There, she attended both high school and college. After college, she attended the University of San Diego School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctorate Degree. She has two brothers, both attorneys. Diane lives in Orange County. She is married and has one son. Diane loves to travel, cook, garden and read science-fiction books and loves science-fiction movies, especially Star Trek!
